Carnaval sans roi (2011) Born in 1946, Francis Berthelot was for a long  time a researcher to the CNRS (National Center  For Scientific Research) where, after several  years dedicated to the biochemistry, his  researches turned until his pension in 2007 to  the literature, and more particularly the  "transfictions", were situated on the border of  SCI-FI and of the general literature. As writer, he  published four sci-fi novels in so different kinds  that the space opera, the high fantasy or the  psychology-fiction. Then, entered the  mainstream, he joined the group of the New  Fiction and practises at the moment very  personal transfictions: we find the illustration as  well in its collections of news short stories and in  his romantic cycle The Dream of the demiurge.   His passion for music, despite his involvment as  cabaret - bar singer during many years in his  youth and despite the implicite presence of  musical aspects in most of his books never took  the form of an album before.   Instants obliques, produced by Gaë Bolg, is his  first album.   http://www.noosfere.org/heberg/auteursdiv/sommaire. asp?site=65
